What about using Neti Pots for Irritation?

A neti pot uses warm saline solution to gently rinse your nasal passageways. Using a neti pot can be soothing to your nasal membranes, but it is not always a soothing experience. A neti pot is often hard to use, and it's effectiveness is limited to the abilities of saline.
